Gov.-elect Scott Walker has said he wants
to cut taxes for businesses that employ 50 or fewer people in
Wisconsin.

But now Walker says he's having to tweak his original idea
because it's tough to single out those companies for a tax cut.
Walker has yet to unveil his specific tax cut plan, even though
he touted it during the campaign and has released details of other
proposals he wants the Legislature to act on quickly.

Walker says the business tax cut will still be a part of that
package. He says it's been delayed because the state Department of
Revenue doesn't categorize businesses based on how many workers
they have.

Instead, Walker says he is trying to structure the tax cut
around how much money companies make.
