Gov. Scott Walker has released more details
about what he wants Wisconsin lawmakers to do in a special session
he's calling that will officially begin on Tuesday.

Walker ordered the special session on his first day in office
Monday. He wants the Republican-controlled Legislature to pass the
bills by March.

Walker wants to reform the Commerce Department into a
public-private partnership, cut taxes for small businesses and
others that move to Wisconsin and eliminate the tax on Health
Savings Accounts. He also wants to pass litigation reform and give
the governor more power over enactment of state agency rules and
regulations.

Walker also wants to increase the votes required in the
Legislature to raise sales or income taxes.
