Gov. Scott Walker plans to make his first
public trips outside of Madison since he took over as governor last
week.
Walker has scheduled stops in Wausau, Rhinelander, and Green Bay
on Thursday. His office hasn't released any further details.
Walker had planned to visit Eau Claire last week but abruptly
canceled when his mother fell ill.

It was a busy first week in office for Walker. He was
inaugurated last Monday, held his first cabinet meeting and
unveiled bills the Legislature is expected to pass later this
month.
