A Denmark farmer is facing federal
charges for helping set off a bomb that damaged four boats in a
Kewaunee harbor.

Joseph Sloma is accused of setting off a pipe bomb in a charter
fishing boat called the Trout Scout in September 2009, along with
another man, whose identity has been released.
The fire spread to three other charter boats and damaged a
pleasure boat.

The criminal complaint says investigators at first were unable
to determine the cause but seven months later, a confidential
informant told investigators the 47-year-old Sloma detonated the
bomb because didn't like the boat's owner.

The Green Bay Press-Gazette reports Sloma admitted he helped
place the bomb on the boat.
A preliminary hearing is March 8.
