State wildlife officials are offering
multiple public meetings around Wisconsin this month to discuss
deer management.

Discussions will cover the results from last year's hunts,
recommendations for the 2011 season framework, how to increase
hunter participation and new deer research. Biologists will be on
hand at each meeting to answer questions.

The forums began on Monday and will run through March 29 at
various locations around the state. A complete list of forum
locations and times can be found on the Wisconsin Department of
Natural Resources website at
