The Dairy Business Association (DBA) Board of Directors is endorsing Justice David Prosser for re-election to the Wisconsin State Supreme Court in a unanimous decision.  Justice Prosser has distinguished himself as a fair and impartial judge and Wisconsin is well served by his commitment to not only the people of Wisconsin but also the constitution and the rule of law.

"Over the next few years, important cases will come before the State Supreme Court, cases that impact DBA members," commented Laurie Fischer Executive Director of DBA.  "We need a justice that is unbiased and who will treat each case fairly."

"Justice Prosser has a proven history of fairly applying the law and not acting as an activist judge or legislating from the bench," said Jerry Meissner, President of DBA.  "His impartiality has been a great benefit to the people of Wisconsin for the past 12 years and will be greatly needed for the next 10 years."
