Farmers interested in producing fuel from crops like soybeans, camelina and sorghum can get answers this Friday at a special meeting in Denmark.

Friday, Dec. 9, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Legion Hall, in Denmark - participants will learn how farmers are producing fuel from crops and creating usable energy from agricultural co-products.

Manitowoc biodiesel producer Dan Kaderabek, owner of BioBlend Fuels, will offer demonstrations and presentations with Bob Brylski, statewide biofuels educator and director of Wisconsin Bioenergy Services.

Cost is $10. The event is supported in part by the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture Trade and Consumer Protection, Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and the Wisconsin Biodiesel Association.
