There may not be a lot of snow around Wisconsin yet - but it's coming.  And because Wisconsin enjoys outdoor activities - the Wisconsin Farm Service Agency is reminding land owners with trails across their Conservation Reserve land to get approval first before snowmobile trails go through.

The Wisconsin Farm Service Agency (FSA) reminds landowners that snowmobile trails must be approved by FSA before being permitted on Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) acreage.

The local FSA county committee determines whether or not snowmobile trails are allowed to cross acreage enrolled in CRP.

If this affects any of your CRP acreage, contact your local FSA office to request this particular use prior to allowing a trail on your CRP land.
