Despite lower commodity prices overall, attitudes were up at the 2010 Wisconsin Corn/Soy Expo.  For pictures from the event please go to our gallery.

Steve Duwe from Jefferson county was elected to the WI Corn Growers board of directors for a three year term, while Crystal Romanowski of Taylor county and Charlie Hampton from Syngenta were both re-elected to another term on the board too.

Duwe farms more then 1,100 acres and is a former dairy farmer. He's been involved in farming for more then 30 years.

The Wisconsin Soybean Growers elected Tim Goodenough from Mindoro as the new president of their association.  Pat Brannick of Eau Claire was named Vice President, and Bob Stanichka from Muscoda was elected the treasurer for the group.

Early registration for the show was up more then 150 compared to 2009.
