UW-Extension partners in Dane, Jefferson, Dodge, and Walworth counties, the Institutional Food Market Coalition, and other partners, are working together to bring detailed and exclusive information about this new market opportunity.

Growers at this meeting will have an opportunity to be invited to a subsequent meeting to meet with institutional buyers and distributors interested in sourcing locally.
