Farm News: Trend Reversal On Cheese Milk PricescommentsPosted: 02.05.2010 The benchmark Federal order farm gate milk price reversed gears following five consecutive monthly gains. Friday the U.S. Department of Ag announced the Class III (cheese) milk price at $14.50 per hundredweight (cwt.), down 48 cents from December. That dip still means the average price is $3.72 above January 2009. |
