Farm News: Tileda Woman Named Stations "Farm Woman Of Year"commentsPosted: 03.11.2010 Results Broadcasting, affiliates of the Wisconsin Farm Report with Pam Jahnke, have announced Becky Voelz of Tilleda as their 26th Annual Farm Woman of the Year. Becky, along with her husband Dale, have been farming for 27 years on their 110 year old family farm. The nomination for Voelz was submitted by her daughter Cynthia. Voelz was very honored with the award and said, “I never thought I would get something like this…the award means I was appreciated over the years by my family and friends.”
The luncheon was attended by Becky Voelz’s family and friends along with Results Broadcasting staff and sponsors of the Farm Woman of the Year.
Results Broadcasting has celebrated the Farm Woman of the Year for 26 years and looks forward to next year. Continuing their support of agriculture, Results Broadcasting’s is looking forward to their Annual June Dairy Month “Down on the Farm” broadcasts in June. Broadcasts will originate live from area dairy farms to celebrate June Dairy Month.
