The UW College of Ag and life Sciences is now accepting nominations for their highest honors presented by the college, the Honorary Recognition Award, Distinguished Service Award and the Distinguished Alumni Award.  For the past 100 years, the college has recognized over 500 people for their outstanding service to the agriculture community with the Honorary Recognition award.  The Distinguished Service award was started in 1994 to recognize UW faculty and staff for their service to the College and UW, to the state of Wisconsin and around the world.  The final award was started in 2009, the Distinguished Alumni Award which recognizes a career of achievement through extraordinary contributions to a chosen field  or public service.  The nominations are due by Friday to the College of Ag and Life Sciences.
