Recipients had to meet general criteria as well as a variety of other specific criteria. The general criteria includes the following: be a member in good standing of the Wisconsin Association of FFA, be at least a senior in high school or already enrolled in college and have maintained a satisfactory scholastic record, and major in a program offered through an accredited university or technical college with special consideration given to students with interests in agriculture.
