The 2010 Farm Babe Boogie Tractor Parade is coming back to the Dane County Fair, Saturday, July 17th.

The annual ride is designed to give Dane County Fair attendees a chance to get up close and personal with some of the work tractors from agriculture.  On average, around 20 farm tractors from around south central Wisconsin will show up for the ride - which circles the parameter of the Dane County Fairgrounds. 

"It really catches drivers attention when we merge onto John Nolen drive!" said Pam Jahnke, Farm Director and leader of the parade.

There's no cost to join the Farm Babe Boogie Tractor Parade.  All interested drivers should have their tractors unloaded behind the Alliant Energy Center Expo hall by 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 17th.  There will be a brief drivers meeting to go over safety - and then the parade begins.

All tractors, of all types, are welcome.  Drivers must be 16 years of age or have completed a tractor safety certification program.
