Old World Wisconsin in southeastern Wisconsin
is celebrating its reopening.

The sprawling collection of settler-era villages in Eagle site
officials has been closed since a June 21 tornado.
It's reopened over the weekend. The reopening
coincides with the site's Laura Ingalls Wilder Days PLUS Farm Power
event.

In a statement, Tourism Secretary Kelli Trumble says they are
pleased to have it back open during popular travel time for
families. She called it ``largest outdoor museum of rural life in
the Midwest.''
