Assessors say flash flooding has caused
more than a million dollars in damage in Grant County.

Emergency management officials continued their work Monday - especially
monitoring damages in Potosi and the village of Tennyson. 

There was also a road closure in Rock county on Monday as highway 51 south of Edgerton caved in because of compromised subsoil structure under the road because of massive rains.

The Rock county fair begins officially today in Janesville.  The Grant county fair in Lancaster is scheduled to begin  August 15th - giving county officials a little time to make repairs before that big event.
