Reducing fuel costs and their effects on the economy is a problem everyone is trying to fix. We have been trying to fix this problem since tractors were invented. The UW Madison Agronomy and Soil Science Departments are hosting field day to discuss just this.

 

On August 25^th, people can gather at Arlington to learn more about these issues and many others. Other topics include a new corn hybrid including BT, the “road ahead”, saving fuel, GPS, and many more. The day will begin with tours, and a presentation, and then there will be a break for lunch. The afternoon will consist of tours about saving fuel, and a presentation.
