Farm toy collectors should get particularly excited about the model that's been selected for the 2011  Marathon County Wisconsin Farm Technology Days!
 
Show officials have announced that just 1,000 of their souvenir item will be selected - and it's never been seen in collector circles before.  The 2011 item is an IH544 tractor with a 2-point mounted sickle mower.

 

This is the first time the IH544 has been designed to a toy tractor.  

Since 1994, counties that host the states largest outdoor agricultural event have been selecting different toy tractors and accompanying farm equipment as an attraction for farm toy collectors to purchase.  There are only 1,000 pieces manufactured, and each generally comes in a box that reflects the host counties log - along with having that same logo imprinted somewhere on the toy itself.

Marathon County's Wisconsin Farm Technology Days will be at Seehafer Acres, Inc. near Marshfield July 12-14, 2011.  

Other items are also for sale on their official show website - including a travel mug, t-shirts, sweatshirt, cap and a recyclable tote  all featuring the official Marathon County Wisconsin Farm Technology Days logo.  T-shirts are available in adult and youth sizes offered in several colors.
