Wisconsin's past state president of the FFA isn't cutting his ties with the organization just yet.

The National FFA Association has announced that B.J. Chrisler, past state president from the Sauk Prairie FFA, will chair the National FFA Nominating Committee.

National FFA Staff said the selection was no easy task.  They had literally hundreds of applications from across the country to review, and the group commented on the talent of the pool.

Chrisler will chair a group of 8 other FFA leaders at the National Convention this October in indianapolis.
